These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, download, and usage of editable digital document templates
("Documents") provided by Cogniventor Learning India Private Limited.
- Products are digital only (DOCX, PDF, XLSX formats)
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable single-user license per purchase
- Documents may not be resold, redistributed, or publicly shared
- We do not guarantee legal completeness or compliance in all situations
- Laws may change - files can become outdated, and we are not liable for that
- No legal claims, liability, penalties, or damages shall arise against Cogniventor for document usage
- No refunds except in cases of duplicate payments or technical failures
- All disputes are subject to Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction

2. Digital Product Policy

- All items sold are digital files only
- Instant download is enabled after successful payment
- Delivery errors must be reported within 48 hours to cogniventor@gmail.com
- Buyers receive editable, customizable templates
- Files may not be uploaded or redistributed externally
- Refunds are not offered except in technical cases
- Cogniventor holds no responsibility for outdated templates due to changes in laws or policies
